Christmas Festival & Parade

Due to safety concerns related to large group gatherings and COVID-19, the City of North Charleston’s annual Christmas Festival and Parade is cancelled for 2020.

The following small public Christmas events will still take place with safety measures in place (social distancing, face coverings, hand sanizer, etc.):

Christmas Tree Lighting

Friday, December 4, 2020, 6:00pm, on the front lawn of the Felix C. Davis Community Center at 4800 Park Circle. Join the Mayor for the lighting of the 40′ Christmas Tree, accompany the Charleston Caroling Company in singing some festive tunes, then take a stroll around the Circle to enjoy the rest of the beautiful tree and light displays.

Visits with Santa

Friday, December 4, 2020, from 4:00-6:00pm and Saturday, December 5, 2020, from 1:00-5:00pm at Felix C. Davis Community Center. More details TBA.

The lights at Park Circle

Although there’s no parade, Park Cirlce’s free Christmas light display will still in full effect. Bring your family for a walk or drive around the circle to enjoy the splendor of the holiday lights.  The lights will shine until New Years Day.
