Christmas Festival & Parade
This annual city event is a holiday gift to the community. Families, friends, and neighbors share the joys of the season through live music, children’s activities, hay rides, festive food and decorations,thousands of twinkling lights, visits with Santa, and a parade. Park Circle, the Felix Davis Community Center, the surrounding traffic circle, and major thoroughfares are lined with lighted snowflakes, Christmas trees, and magical holiday scenes. Christmas Parade begins at 5:00pm! Ample parking is available on the islands around Park Circle.

Parade participant applications are now available. Slots are filled on a first come, first served basis. Deadline to apply is Friday, November 12, 2021.
All sponsored Christmas Trees around the traffic circle are spoken for. Businesses wishing to be added to the waiting list can email their request to culturalarts@northcharleston.org.
The Lights at Park Circle
Bring your family for a walk or drive around the circle (Felix C. Davis Community Center, 4800 Park Circle) to enjoy the splendor of the holiday lights. The lights will shine until New Years Day.
