To Register
To register for any program, a parent or legal guardian must, at the time of registration, provide the child’s birth certificate (unless already on file), proof of accident insurance, and proof of residence. All registration fees must be paid at the time of registration. Anyone registering after the advertised registration period, must pay a $15.00 late registration fee. The North Charleston Recreation Department does not accept CASH. All fees must be paid in the form of a check or Money Order.
Youth Athletics Registration
Youth Athletics are provided for North Charleston residents. Participants must play in the area in which they reside. However, non-residents may register provided neither state nor national affiliations have rules prohibiting non-resident participation. The NCRD Staff assigns non-residents to an area for participation and an additional $30 registration fee is charged. This applies to all Youth Athletic programs.

Middle School Athletics Registration
Middle School Athletics are provided for North Charleston area students. Participants must play for the middle school
which they attend. A parent or legal guardian is required at registration. Cash is not accepted at registration; only checks, money orders, or cashier checks are accepted.

Adult Athletics Registration
Adult Athletics are provided for North Charleston residents and companies. Programs are throughout the year with league meetings held prior to the start of each season.
Cash is not accepted at registration; only checks, money orders, or cashier checks.

Children’s Programs Registration
North Charleston Recreation Department offers a wonderful selection of Children’s Programs available to the community. Some programs require a registration application and registration fee while others may not. Please note this listed under each program.
