While working an off-duty assignment, NCPD Sgt. Renate’ Dalton met Rocky and his dad. Rocky and his family were visiting from Virginia and Rocky started asking questions about police. Sgt. Dalton took Rocky outside and let him hang out in her cruiser for awhile. He got to play with the lights and sirens. Look at that smile on his face!
