It was a great night last night for a walk in the Pepperhill community. NCPD R.E.C.A.P. (Rebuilding Every Community Around Peace) was joined by the SC Dept. of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services, Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy and citizens to promote non-violence. We also want to thank the residents who came up to us to say hello. Working together, we can make our city safer. #PathForward
