An excerpt from Mayor Keith Summey:
North Charleston is moving in the right direction. That is due in part to the hard work and dedication of our City Council members. We do not agree on every issues, but we all believe in making North Charleston the best place it can be.
I, and every single member of Council, promise you that this City will not rest on its laurels. We still have much to accomplish. As far as we’ve come, we must push further. We must work towards a common vision of making our place in the world even greater. If not for ourselves, then for our children and our children’s children.
