Please join NCPD in congratulating six new officers who graduated from the Criminal Justice Academy today. The new officers are Salvatore Cardinale , Shanelle Dillon, Kevin Frojd , Jenna Helberg, Louis Pinnacle-Brown and Andrew Stresemann. Frojd won the Clifford A. Moyer Award for Top Shot. Cardinale and Stresemann completed the challenge run and got that award. We are so proud of all of you! DC Perry, Capt. Holt and Sgt. Draper attended the ceremony.
