Sgt. Jose Torres is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Sgt. Torres has been with NCPD for 13 years and enjoys being a Field Training Officer. He’s honored to see those officers grow in their careers. Sgt. Torres was recently promoted and is looking forward to the challenge.
