The Recreation Department would like to congratulate Terrance Rivers and Kenny Wilkinson who both received the Trailblazer Award today at the North Charleston Police Department’s Black History Month celebration on Saturday, February 25th, 2023.
The Trailblazer Award is presented to a person who has achieved great success in their career and has risen to prominence in their profession, while continuously working to improve the quality of life in their community.
We are lucky to have both of these dedicated individuals in our department. Thank you Terrance and Kenny for all you do for us and the North Charleston Community!
