We had a nice turnout for a recent RECAP North Charleston (Rebuilding Every Community Around Peace) walk against violence in Dorchester Terrace. This week there are two opportunities for you to get involved to help keep our community safer. A walk will be held Wednesday at The Gables. Walkers will meet at 8401 E. Saddlebrook Drive at the leasing office at 5 p.m. On Thursday, there will be a community walk in the Waylyn neighborhood. Participants will meet at Shiloh Seventh Day Church, 3914 Dorchester Road at 5 p.m. We hope you can join us!
