NCPD is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Ptl. Caleb Sierra was born in Puerto Rico in 1982 and moved to the states with his parents and four brothers in 1984. Officer Sierra grew up in Florida and then moved to SC in 2001. He is a single father to an 11 year old daughter. Officer Sierra has been in law enforcement since 2009.
