NCPD congratulates all of the NCPD Public Safety Cadets Unit 431 who attended camp 2023! Cadets received certificates in recognition of their superb performances over the last few weeks. Aiden and Adriel Maldonado were promoted to Cadet First Class. Madilynn Bridges and Zarayia Herman were promoted to Cadet Corporal. Great job by all!!!
