Please join NCPD in congratulating Pfc. Desmond McFadden, K-9 Quido, Pfc. Jordan Williamson and K-9 Elf for being awarded Certificates of Recognition for the month of May. On May 10, South Uniform Patrol officers were involved in a chase with a vehicle that almost collided with them head-on. The pursuit continued into the Dorchester Terrace community. K-9 handlers Pfc. McFadden and Williamson assisted with the pursuit. The suspect collided with a fence and ditch and ran away. K-9 Elf caught the suspect in front of a house on Sorentrue Ave. Two suspects were arrested. A job well done by the officers and their K-9 partners!
