Our agency is dedicated to reducing the number of illegal firearms on the streets of North Charleston. In March, our patrol officers confiscated 45 guns that were either being carried illegally or possessed by individuals who were not authorized to own them. As a result of our efforts, we were able to make 44 arrests. We are committed to remaining vigilant and proactive in ensuring the safety of our residents and visitors.
