Officer Carlos Ochoajaya celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

Officer Carlos Ochoajaya is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month.
Officer Ochoajaya is from Ecuador and moved to NYC at the age of 8 from Ecuador. Officer Ochoajaya moved to North Charleston for his career as a law enforcement officer. He joined the Marines Infantry in 2011 and currently serves in the Air Force Reserves.
Officer Ochoajaya enjoys helping citizens in the community. He is proud of his roots and where he came from.
