The City of North Charleston’s Citizens Public Safety Academy will begin on March 12, 2019. This program is designed to bring awareness to the many aspects of public safety. During this 10-week program, participants will receive an inside look at the role of Police Officers, Firemen, Code Enforcement Officers and Building Inspectors in serving and protecting the citizens of North Charleston. Citizens will meet with city employees, be able to ask questions and participate in hands-on activities.
Classes are held every Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for 10 weeks.
