North Charleston baseball team advances to World Series

The Wescott/Pepperhill 11-12 year old All-Star baseball team will be representing North Charleston and the state of South Carolina at the 2017 Dixie Youth Majors World Series in Alabama in August. The team finished as the District 7 State Champions after posting a 5-1 record in the Dixie Youth AAA State Tournament.

The team will play in Oxford, Alabama on Saturday, August 5at 8:00pm against Florida.

The players on the team are: Joseph Schenk, Nick Cappello, Zolten Osborne, Michael Wynne, Jackson Harvill, Jackson Brown, Tre’ Ryan, Donovan Johnson, Drew Hayes, PJ Morlando, Keith Grace, and Jonathan Tsang. Coaches: Merle Johnson, Steve Harvill, and John Hayes.
