Please join us in welcoming the newest members of NCPD. This morning Deputy Chief Karen Cordray swore in Ptl. Darius Rivers and Hope the therapy dog. Hope is the first police therapy dog in the Lowcountry, specializing in support for victims and families of traumatic incidents. We are so glad to have both of you on the team!
