NCPD’s therapy dog is a big hit at Miss South Carolina Pageant

NCPD’s therapy dog Hope was a big hit with the Miss South Carolina contestants at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. She was also a big hit with the parents on during opening remarks for the Miss USA South Carolina Pageant. The judges of the pageant really liked that our department has a great dog like Hope. #PathForward
