Last week, NCPD’s SWAT team and Hostage Negotiator Team held a joint training exercise. The scenario involved the taking of hostages, a successful rescue and arrest. NCPD Public Safety Cadets Unit 431 participated the exercise. It went well and we were glad to have the cadets involved.
