This morning four new NCPD officers officially joined our agency. Ptl. Carter, Ptl. Motto, Ptl. O’Quinn and Ptl. Royer were sworn in by DC Cordray. Chief Burgess also swore in our newest junior officer, four-year old Karcyn White! Karcyn will begin his your of duty in 2039 when he turns 21 years old!
