Today, NCPD’s SWAT team and hostage negotiators held a joint training exercise which involved several scenarios. NCPD’s new recruits played the roles of suspect(s) or hostages in the simulated events. The goal is to resolve the situation peacefully. #ToServeandProtect #SaferStreets
