Today is International Bagpipe Day and we at NCPD think we have one of the best pipers. Sgt. Ryan represents our agency at several public safety and civic events throughout South Carolina and beyond. He learned to play the bagpipes after the passing of his father, a former officer, who was a piper in Brooklyn, New York and carries on the tradition playing his dad’s pipes.
