NCPD Chief Reggie Burgess and Cpl. Justice Jenkins recently participated in a new program at Chicora Elementary School called Cops and Pops. The goal is to create a literary dialogue among male students, the male figures in their lives, male community members and the police. Parent advocate Ms. Tamula Dunmeyer developed the program. A book will be chosen for each session to boost literary skills and provoke real-life conversations among everyone involved.#PathForward
