This past weekend NCPD Sgt. Foster and our recruits served dinner at the McKinley-Vento Thanksgiving Program. The McKinley-Vento program is run by the Charleston County School District and serves homeless kids and their families. Our officers distributed food, household and personal hygiene items and clothing. The City of North Charleston is proud to be a part of this this program.
