Today NCPD detectives were provided information of possible whereabouts of a person who was responsible for the burglary on 11/26/2022 at 2455 Remount Rd. which is the Charleston Animal Society where multiple items were stolen including a pot-bellied pig. Detectives made contact with William Arthur Panasiewicz, DOB: 12/04/1991 who was in possession of the stolen pig and he ultimately confessed to the burglary and stealing of the pig. He was charged for Burglary 2nd Degree and transported to Charleston County Detention Center. The pig was turned back over to the Animal Society.
