Yesterday, Officer Marzan, from the NCPD’s Traffic Unit joined other Lowcountry agencies at Berkeley High School for their “Prom Promise Event”. Prom is a memorable night for all, and the goal of this event is to ensure it is memorable in all the right ways. The event is designed to influence students to make better decisions on prom night and avoid alcohol and drugs.
