NCPD Day Shift Team II delivered a donated bike from the City of North Charleston to Benjamin Bailey. Mr. Bailey is a dedicated worker at the City of North Charleston’s staff services department. He received the free bike after his was stolen. Now he has transportation to and from work. Lt. T. Cerone, Ptl. H. Carter and CSO A. Jackson delivered the bike.#PathForward
