NCPD Pfc. Owens recently assisted with the 2022 Moncks Corner PD summer camp. Pfc. Owens is a member of our traffic unit. He spoke to the children about his role as a traffic officer and showed them the devices he uses to detect vehicle speed and investigate traffic collisions. Officer Owens also spoke about the importance of using safety restraints and being safe around vehicles. Great job sir!#PathForward
