Officer Christopher A. Holloway received the J.P. Strom Award during today’s basic law enforcement graduation ceremony in Columbia. The award is presented to the member of the graduating class achieving the highest overall academic average, including the successful completion of all performance tests, during the nine-week training program. Holloway’s overall average was 96.47.
