The North Charleston Police Department is proud to present the Real Men Wear Pink Ambassador, PFC Paiam Etminan. October is breast cancer awareness month and PFC Etminan will be raising money to help support research and development, along with raising awareness on the importance of early screenings. He does this for his mom who died from colon cancer. Even though colon cancer is different from breast cancer, it is one that can be cured with early screenings and detection. The American Cancer Society hosted the kick off event at Common House Ale Works on September 16, 2021 and we were happy to attend!take a bite out of cancer by getting those early screenings!
