During a recent call, NCPD officers responded to a call about a disturbance. When they got to the scene, the officers were notified by a family member that their mother has been taking new medications and was acting confused. The mother was frustrated and didn’t want to return home. Officer Lyle Key walked her around the neighborhood for as long as she needed. Officer Key goes above and beyond on every call.
