NCPD P.F.C. Jerrid Riley got a nice surprise this week. A young girl whom the officer saved in October, 2019 and her mom came to North Charleston City Hall to see him. Officer Riley was greeted with a hug from Mckenna and her mom Ms. Delarosa. What a heartwarming reunion! #PathForward
