Please join NCPD in congratulating Sgt. Diego Lizarazo, who’s been awarded a Certificate of Recognition for June 2023. Sgt. Lizarazo was the case agent for an armed robbery and kidnapping case. He responded to the call, got a description from the victims, tracked down and arrested the suspect. The defendant ultimately pleaded guilty and was sentenced to time in prison. Thank you Sgt.
