Today, NCPD kicked off the project “Reading With Hope” at three
schools. Sgt. Shivers, Sgt. Potts, Ptl. Hobart and Hope the therapy dog visited Mary Ford Elementary, Chicora Elementary and North Charleston Elementary. The children and our officers had a blast! #PathForward
