NCPD was honored to host the FBI-LEEDA ( Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) Trilogy Leadership Series at our headquarters this week. Police officers from all over the country attended the class. The course covers several topics including trends in law enforcement, public trust and legitimacy, bias and diversity, employee wellness and transformational leadership.
