Today, NCPD remembers and honors Ptl. Ryan MacCluen who died on February 15, 2018. Officer MacCluen was off-duty when his motorcycle collided with a car in Summerville. Officer MacCluen joined the police department in 2016. He worked as a patrol officer and volunteered in the department’s Cops Athletic Program. Officer MacCluen loved his community and is missed to this day.
