NCPD Chief Burgess recently honored Pastor Marvin McLean of the North Charleston Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church. Pastor McLean is moving to Florida to continue his ministry. Pastor McLean is one of the original members of RECAP. Rebuilding Every Community Around Peace is a faith-based approach to reducing violence within North Charleston.
