NCPD held dive team candidate tryouts at the North Charleston Aquatic Center. Tests included a 200m without aids swim test, a 100m nonstop buddy tow swim using equipment and a 10 minute survival float. The candidates did exceptionally well. Qualified city dive mission supervisors, Sgt A. Doxey and Capt. J. Judy were on hand to keep candidates safe in the water.
