The North Charleston Police Department Harbor Patrol Unit was in attendance at Folly Beach this past weekend for the “Splash into Spring” event that was hosted by the Charleston Police Department Community Outreach Unit. The event brought awareness to water safety. The community received information about CPR, swim lessons and how law enforcement ties into water safety and the importance of our harbor and dive teams.
