The North Charleston Police Department celebrates CPL Diego Lizarazo for Hispanic Heritage Month. CPL Lizarazo’s parents are from Colombia. He has served our agency as a school resource officer, detective, and is currently assigned to the patrol division. Cpl Lizarazo volunteers with our agency’s Cop Athletic Program as a soccer coach.
