Chief Burgess and former Mt. Pleasant police chief Ritchie were there Monday to support Charleston Police Chief Luther Reynolds who had his head shaved while he undergoes chemotherapy. All of us at NCPD are praying for a complete recovery for Chief Reynolds. #PathForward
