NCPD Sgt. Shivers and Ptl. Hobart brought Hope the therapy dog to three schools yesterday for our “Reading with Hope” program. We want to thank North Charleston Elementary, Chicora Elementary and Mary Ford Elementary School for the warm welcome. Hope loved seeing the kids. #PathForward
