We at NCPD appreciate Pfc. Riley. He is assigned to our CAPS Unit (Cops Athletic Program). But you can find him about anywhere, doing what needs to be done to get the job done. Lt. Sad caught up with him this morning working on an in-car camera system. Other days, when he’s not signing up the kiddos for our CAPS event, you can find him helping out instructing with training. Sometimes, it’s just good to hear you are appreciated and are a valued part of the team!
