Paula Schaefer works in NCPD’s Office of Professional Standards. Yesterday on behalf of of her organization ‘Sarah Cares’ and our agency, Paula donated several hundred teddy bears to Lowcountry Orphan Relief and the Summerville Fire Department’s station 1 headquarters. ‘Sarah Cares’ donates the teddy bears for children in crisis or for a loving gesture.
