On July 28, Officer Sharpe responded to a call that a woman had overdosed after apparently taking opioids and was unresponsive. Officer Sharpe administered a dose of Narcan. After EMS arrived, the woman responded. M.P.O. Sharpe’s quick thinking gave her a “second chance.”
