A bittersweet day for us at NCPD as M.P.O. David Thornburg retired after 28 outstanding years with our agency. There were lots of hugs and a tribute from Deputy Chief Hagge. Officer Thornburg signed off with dispatch one final time. We wish you a happy retirement sir!
