Don’t forget that you can donate your cardboard to KNCB for us to use in our pollinator gardens. Follow the instructions in this post to help KNCB by donating cardboard to use as a natural, compostable weed barrier in our gardens. We use cardboard to cover weeds in a way that does not harm pollinators in the garden. Cutting down cardboard into smaller pieces prior to our volunteer activities allows volunteers to work more efficiently during workdays.
