Please join us in congratulating Officers Benjamin Cain, Jonathan Donnelly, Andrew Marshall, Jared Martin and Michael Motto, our Employees of the Month for September 2023.
On August 30, Ptl. Cain, Ptl. Donnelly and Ptl. Marshall responded to a local hospital where a victim suffering a gunshot wound just arrived.
Officers spoke to a witness and obtained the name of a suspect and the vehicle allegedly involved in the shooting.
As the suspect’s information was being broadcast, Ptl. Motto and Ptl. Martin realized they were out with the suspect at a motel on Northwoods Boulevard. The suspect was charged with two counts of Attempted Murder and Possession of a Deadly Weapon during a Violent Crime.
