History was made Monday at NCPD as we swore in our first recruit from Puerto Rico to graduate from the Criminal Justice Academy. Ptl. Steven Rivera-Tosado was sworn in by Chief Burgess. It was the chief’s final swearing in ceremony before his retirement from our agency. Officer Rivera-Tosado, we are so glad to have you on the team!
