William Leon is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Mr. Leon is our agency’s new Community Liaison and Spanish interpreter. He is originally from Panama and has an extensive background in law enforcement. Mr. Leon is looking forward to working with the Hispanic community and all of our citizens and businesses.
